Franklin County Builders Association

This nonprofit association represents the residential construction industry in Franklin and Fulton Counties to promote home ownership and improvement of the building industry. Pam has served as President, Director, and Government Affairs and Education / Public Relations Committee Chairs.

Pennsylvania Builders Association

This nonprofit, professional trade organization represents companies involved in the housing industryby providing leadership on state regulatory and legislative issues and offering services that enhance members’ professionalism, while protecting homeownership rights and advocating for affordable housing. Pam has served as South-Central Regional Vice President and Legislative Officer, Workforce Development Chair, and is currently a Life Director and member of the Government Affairs Committee.

National Association of Home Builders

This trade association of builders, remodelers and associates enhances the climate for housing and the building industry, while providing opportunities for all consumers to have safe and affordable housing. The Home Builders Institute trains skilled workers and promotes the industry as a career. Pam has served as NAHB Director, Chair of HBI Studen tChapter Advisory Committee, and is currently a judge for the National Residential Construction Competition.

Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber advocates and promotes business, economic, and community growth through proactive leadership and working with its affiliate organizations and committees, to enhance the quality of life in the Chambersburg area. Pam has served as Chair of the Board of Directors and currently servers on the Community and Advanced Leadership Franklin County, Government Affairs and Property Improvement Awards Committees.

   

United Way of Franklin County

This nonprofit serves as a catalyst that brings the community and its resources together to focus on human service needs, by promoting quality of life through education, financial stability and health. Pam currently serves on the Board of Directors, May of Caring Committee, Allocations Committee and as Campaign Vice Chair.

   

Rotary Club of Chambersburg

Members of this is a global network of community volunteers are business, professional and community leaders who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards, and help build goodwill and world peace.
