This 288 s.f. addition was built over an existing patio to take advantage of the wonderful view into the backyard gardens. Built off the second story, an added bonus is the covered patio below, which now protects occupants from spring rains and the summer sun. Other features include no maintenance vinyl windows, double French doors, hardwood flooring, and framing already set for a door to the future deck.
